Family Search: Historical Images ~ Naturalization Records ~ Odds and Ends Family Search: Historical Image Section The following will help you get a handle on information that could be of value to your search for Family data. These charts will be your guide: Chart 1 has the following Resources: Biographies, Birth / Death Records, Burial Cards, Declaration of Intent, Naturalization Petitions / Final Papers Military Muster Rolls [Note: Draft Registrations are not Listed, though they are in the Historical Images too] Cemetery Records, Directories / Grave Registrations Chart 2 has Tax Lists: 1866 - 1901 To access the Historical Images, log into your FS Account: Click on Search, then at the top of the page: Historical Images: You can begin with the search, but if you get lost or cannot figure it all out, then use the charts I have created to access the information. So...Then... Backtrack to Search, Catalog, and plug in the DGS Film number of interest from the Chart in the 'Fiche-Film' slot. Most of the Digital Films have indexes. If there is no index, investigate to determine if the records were filmed in Chronological Order as many times they are.
